This firearm is a B&T GHM9 remanufactured to meet the requirements of an “Any Other Weapon” or a non-NFA Other Firearm by ATF definitions. This firearm is only legal in NJ as an AOW or Other Firearm. This is not a rifle or pistol and has been registered as an AOW NFA item (National Firearms Act). In order to complete the purchase of this firearm you must complete a Form 4 with a class 3 SOT dealer in NJ.

As an AOW is compliant because of the pistol brace, vertical foregrip, and an overall length under 26” - do not add a stock to this firearm. Superant Arms LLC is a FFL 07 manufacturer, only a licensed manufacturer can change the type of a firearm.

The GHM is a cost-effective, competition-oriented PCC featuring many of the same great qualities that made the APC9 so successful, while providing the user with additional levels of flexibility and modularity. Our Gen 2s allow users to change barrel lengths, handguards and stocks with ease, and adding an SD kit and other accessories is just as uncomplicated. Like many B&T SMGs, the GHM9 accepts all APC9 PRO lower receiver groups, offering compatibility with GLOCK and proprietary B&T magazines simply by switching the non-serialized lower receiver group.

This GHM45 pistol ships with a standard B&T .45 ACP lower and a 6.8-in. barrel with tri-lug attachment point. Standard equipment includes a telescoping stock, backup sights, top-side, fore-end side and under-barrel rails, B&T–s recoil-reducing hydraulic buffer system, sling, cleaning kit, soft case and one 17-round magazine.
