About Us

Superant Arms, LLC is a custom firearms manufacturer, based in New Jersey. We started our business building better upper receiver groups for the AR-15 platform and have since launched our own line of complete AR-15 firearms, and introuduced two firearm types to New Jersey - the remanufactured other firearm, and NFA form 4 AOWs. We have been the driving force behind introducing new to our market, legal-to-own firearms for NJ residents. We have worked closely with ATF and New Jersey State Police to ensure everything we offer meets both ATF compliance and New Jersey Assault Weapons Ban compliance.

While we started out building AR-15’s, a few dealers reached out in our early days of business to highlight the demand to re-classify pistol-style carbine firearms that would normally be non-compliant in New Jersey. We didn't invent remanufacturing, but we brought it to New Jersey as a professional service to both dealers and individual clients. We have maintained our same remanufacturing fee since day one, to ensure everyone has access to their dream guns at a reasonable price. After a few years of remanufacturing, we looked for a partner to introduce form 4 AOWs to NJ. With no SOT dealers in New Jersey offering NFA transfers, we worked with Skip’s Outdoors in Stockton, NJ to introduce them. We received confirmation from NJSP in the summer of 2024 on New Jersey’s requirements, in addition to ATF requirements, for form 4 transfers.

Owner and gunsmith Dom, grew up shooting and hunting, attended a military academy, and learned about gunsmithing from his grandfather, a competitive shooter and machinist. His fascination with gas-operated firearms led him to building AR-15s and finding the best combination of parts and materials to craft accurate, soft shooting, and reliable rifles - a trinity of features rarely found from any manufacturer. This passion for both building high-end firearms and tearing down decades of perceived barriers to introduce new firearms is what drives Superant Arms to continue to innovate and advocate for the firearms industry and its patrons.
